53 and still ticking
53 and still ticking Hey there my naughty friends and I notice I dont get the feedback like I used to but that is okay because I am old NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!. LOL. I am trying to do things even at my age unthinkable and though Jack Lalane did some crazy thing my goal over the next few weeks is to do 150 pounds on the squat lift and I know this is not a heavy weight but my goal is to do 100 non stop reps with this weight and yes in one set. I did 86 reps just Tuesday night so wish me luck. SO older guys I WILL REACH THIS LOL |
