hot and cold.....

did receive a text from tat close and 'lost' good galfren of mine.
(did write about her..of her sudden exit from all of us).She
sent greetings and very coldly,i replied a thank you.

i must admit tat i cant be her good fren anymore,its kind of
shattered glass tat can never be put back.maybe,tats me.Especially
imaging tat i was tat warm hearted person..who has been so
supportive all these times...suddenly,for no real reason, she just
turned so cold. At tat times..when u most needed her.

Yes,true friendship is so tough but life goes on~
Guess tats me,i could be so warm but if i keep hitting the walls,
i could turn so 'hard and cold'...u can say tat i m extreme~

nothing much for the past few days,just quietly awaiting for
the festive season to come and go~~

oh,finally,i put a tiny little pic here...for the season...and
indeed,i received more mails than usual...but sorry folks..didnt
really entice me enough to respond~~
i still feel tat its a good time for me to rest and recuperate~
i just got too tired of the 'playing games' especially when all
i wana would be good friendship and even after great sex....

yes,i told him,i would love to join him. it would be real nice to
do something good at least ~

I think "someone" is wrong about this - I have several good friends from this site, including:
- a friend from Australia who I haven't met face-to-face for 2 years, because I don't travel to her city for business anymore, but we still chat online and exchange email and text messages.

- two friends from Indonesia where I used to travel to twice every month, but seldom visit anymore. We still chat and email to each other regularly, and both of them have visited Singapore for shopping or holiday . . . and to meet me (grin).

- a friend here in Singapore who was my fuck-buddy for more than a year, before she met a man she is serious about (and exclusive with) now. But we still meet sometimes for coffee and conversation - even though the "benefits" part of our friends-with-benefits relationship is over.

Two of these women were my email and chat friends for months before we ever met face-to-face; one played with me on our first date - although we talked over coffee for 2 hours before going to my place; and one met me for drinks and conversation (only that), before inviting me to the next step a few days later. So no single formula . . . different people can approach a friends-with-benefits relationship differently.

But all 4 of these women became my good friends - 2 of them even before we ever had sex . . . and 2 of them really only after we met a few times, because we had sex based on physical (and mental) attraction, but before we had time to really establish friendship. Still, all 4 of them remain my good/close friends, even though we seldom (and in a couple of cases, never) have sex with each other anymore.

I don't think my situation is unique, SoftLips. Sure, there are many poeple here who mostly want "f and go" as your friend puts it. But definitely it is possible to have great friendship - both during a hot-blooded sexual relationship, and even after that part ends.

Be patient and choose carefully - a woman as kind, smart and attractive as you can find the friendship you are looking for, if you keep at it, SoftLips. Kindness rocks!
