Weight
Weight So I'm feeling a bit less confident lately because I had a 8 months ago and the baby weight is harder to get off for me than I anticipated. I've managed to get some of it down, but I still don't feel as sexy as I used to be, I still feel and look too chubby. I'm dieting but I'm also considering getting in touch with someone who can help me exercise right to target the areas I want trimmer. If anyone has any weight loss tips, I'm all ears. |

First is your life has changed, and you are better for not being who you were before your daughter. The fitness models who go back to work a month after giving birth are anything but the norm, you had a life you and all the support that goes with that, it is going to take some time and effort to break even, but the upside is that you will be helping to establish a positive role model for your daughter for life. targeted exercise to reduce areas is a myth, most people lose first from the last they gained as fat cells give up what they are storing and shrink. If you have a smartphone, and who doesn't, there are several food diary apps that can help you make good food choices to get the most out of your limited calories. Also I don't know about the absolute wisdom of really fasting while nursing, but cutting out liquid calories seems like a good first step. Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

You look great and all that bla bla... i know your pain Here's a tip from someone who had weight issues for a long time: a lot rough massages and stretching. Just do your daily routine with a little more action in between (some squads while wating for coffee, some crunches in the morning, some pushupshere and there) and get yourself someone who gives your professional massages. I did / do it myself, all my loose skin is starting to tighten itself. Great feeling actually ^^

Start doing full body resistance training, get stronger, which will cause more lean muscle and raise your TDE(total daily energy expenditure), cut out simple carbs and sugars..
