First Encounter: Public Place or straight to the hotel?
Would love hear what the ladies thoughts are regarding first encounters.

Do you meet in a public place for a first-time, face--face meeting?

Or do you get right it and meet in a hotel or someone's place?

No judgement. Just curious.

I'd love what the men think as well.

I have met men I did not know in a hotel room the first time, but only a few times, just in case you're wondering.
Public place for the first face-to-face
Straight to the hotel for the first encounter

 We usually meet new people in coffeeshop or bar of hotel. After everyone is comfortable we can go to a hotel room.

 I guess I'm a little old fashioned. In my life, I've hooked up the same day or night after meeting someone in various places (ie bar, club, school, etc..) That's not uncommon. Most of us have probably done THAT. Why should online be any different? For starters, you're looking at a picture, not a face as you would in real life. And as we all know, profile pics cannot always be trusted. Showing up, no matter where, only to find something totally different than you were expecting, could end up being a massive waste of time, energy and/or resources, depending on the particular circumstance. Until you see the other person with your own two eyes, only then can you get that "first impression". Are you attracted or not? Will you stay to even chat or not? Will you abort immediately? Will you decide it's worth some more time and effort to learn more about the person? For me, as long as I haven't been seriously misled, I have enough respect for people to stay the course, be a decent human being and go forward. I would never be so mean as to say anything offensive. But once the meeting is nearing its final stages, it's time to say whether another get together is warranted or desired. Again, I have enough respect for people, specifically women in my case, to let them know that I am interested or not. Obviously, if I am interested, I'm hoping they will be too. If they aren't, I hope they let me know with the same class and level of respect which I brought to the table. That is the "best case" scenario. Unfortunately, the outcome cannot be predicted. It's a crapshoot either way. So in conclusion, I vote for safe public first meetings. Then, even if it's not a match, both parties should be able to walk away unscathed, with dignity and, hopefully, no damage done.

 Always in a public place for several reasons. Maybe a kiss hug cop a feel discreetly. I have communicated with a couple of ladies that were only interested in sucking cock. Parking lot or a park did fine.

 Believe it or not. I met someone through bumble and interacted quite a bit. Chemistry was totally there. I actually met at her place and immediately got down and dirty. It was extremely exciting and satisfying for the both of us.
Please a women is better then pleasing yourself.
