 If a gold member first messaged me, I could read and reply. With IM, each chat costed points even if a gold member started the chat first, contrasted to what had been my experience prior to late November this year. So if I didn't have the points, I couldn't even inform the user who contacted me. That is a newer change or maybe that just affected me but it's what I experienced in the last month before found a way to become gold a couple days ago.

 I will not give that bunch anything. I have been a member, unpaid now, but silver and gold in the past. This system has deteriorated significantly over the past couple of years. Only reason I'm still here is because of the good friends I have made.
