At home and alone

I started out staying at home with a good mind set but as the days go by my mental health is slowly slipping away. A few of you know me and know what I'm missing desperately right now. I have closed myself off from everyone now even from the one that sees me every day. I need to figure out how to dig myself out of this darkness. I've been to the darkest of places before and I've came out of it still alive so I know I can come out on the other side of this.
