Well I thought I would change my heading just a bit. Stopped doing those power walks because they were inflaming my knees but still doing the things I like and still in great shape. I still do those weight workouts in the gym for 3 times a week but I increased my crunches and side bends to a lot more. I added this really intensed no weight deep knee bends or squats to my workouts and I am finding that has also helped me in the sex thing. I used to tire a bit over a period of time now find myself more like the eveready bunny more so than before. Anyway as I say I know I can give my partner a harder and longer workout if you know what I mean. And does not mean working out with weights. HMMMM I love how I feel after a long workout with my partner and find myself delivering even after I have climaxed . Have fun and I hope it is of the naughy kind

Well, it has been a while since my last posting and to be honest with you I have had what you call writers block and well just didnt get into the mood as you say. I am always doing my workout thing as I try to look nice for the person who I am with. To me that is very important to look good for that special person I am with. I am constantly adding things here and stopping certain excercises that well does nt do diddly squat. I know I will never have those huge muscles due to lack of genes but I have been in the past been giving positive on the way I look. And yes I do it for that person I am with for the most part. . Now dont hold back for what special things that you do for that special person you are with or in your preparations in meeting that person.. I know it has been a while since my last posting and I guess I have not had the motivation until I was watching the weather on one of the local channels and I saw one of the cities temperature was 69 degrees. Well that inspired me to let you know that 69 is my favorite number.. I dont know about you but this cold weather does have its advantages at least for me now. Well the Red Sox did it again by beating a very good Rockies team but the crew from Beantown were just a bit to much. A 2nd championship in 4 years and no doubt the curse is the Babe is over for ever.A few of you know that when it comes to beer drinking the best kind of beer is cheap but this Friday I am going to splurge and buy some real nice foreign beer and have not make up my mind. It is now getting close to the end of the year for the baseball fans and still like to say my favorite American league team is still in the hunt. I adopted the Red Sox as my team way back in 1973 when George Stein who made team that I could really dislike. Well being the Red Sox fans hated the Yankees and I really disliked them to I decided what the hey and made them my team. The curse of The Babe is no longer there and now they could be as little as 6 games away. Sorry Indian fans but at least I still root for the Browns. The summer and the end of it is near. Labor day has come and now it is almost gone and soon we will have to get that old rake out and do those leaves unless you are lucky and rent. At my house I have 8 mature trees so that means I will have another type of workout to prepare for. Anyway my friends how did your summer go? Were you able to get the things done that you had set your goals for. ? One of the reasons that I work out is not basically do it for myself all together but I like to look good for the person that I am with during those naughty times. I admit I dont have an Arnold body but I think I look rather good for my age. Do you remember my friends that right before Christmas we heard that song a lot on the airwaves and how we all got into the Christmas spirit. Well, I dont know about your opinions but whoever wrote that song either never drove in the snow or was just downright crazy. Now it seems like every time it snows it causes more accidents and delay times and of course trying to find someone to look after the kiddies when the schools are out due to the weather. And it being at about 5:33 in the afternoon on this date the 18th guess what it is doing now . SNOWING!!!!!. It is like the movie Groundhog Day, Each and every day you think is a new day but same old same old. But hopefully like in Groundhog Day finally Bill Murray wakes up with the fair maiden next to him and it is no longer Groundhog Day. I would love to have a fair maiden and wake up and it is sunny and 60 degrees.. Now thats what Iam talking about folks
